Desirae Cruz is the designated broker and part owner of SuKaza Realty. She is a full time buyer and seller representative specializing in the DFW area. Desirae is a native Texan, growing up in Dallas and moving to Fort Worth in 2004.

She was in the multi-family apartment management industry for over 18 years. During her years of property management she was always enthusiastic about finding individuals a great place to live. She brings expertise in staging and marketing of all types of real estate. Desirae is a real estate investor with experience in rentals, renovations and flipping homes.
