Roxana Perla Perez was born in Mexico and raised here in Fort Worth, Texas. She is the co-owner of SuKaza Realty and the Director of Recruitment. She is also a full-time representative for both buyers and sellers, with years of experience, knowledge and wisdom in real estate having represented both sides. Her excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills help her connect well with her clients. She has mastered the art of listening, so she is able to help her clients more efficiently. She is fluent in English and Spanish and is a member of several professional organizations including the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors.

Roxana is also a licensed travel agent and has been booking trips since 2009. Traveling the world has exposed her to many cultures allowing her to connect with anyone. She loves life and believes there is no better practice than hard work and honesty.
